Zee learn rating downgraded by BRICKWORK from BWR A(credit watch 
with negative implications) to BWR BBB (credit watch with negative implications) for bank loan facilities of ZLL
The downgraded made was due to non payment of NCD dues on the due date as the matter was sub-judice. The payment was made on 14th July  2020 pursuant to the court verdict which was intimated to the exchange
